Dueto — Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is involved when you play Dueto. The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no server of ours — your progress never leaves your device.
In short
The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no server of ours. Your progress never leaves your device. What data is collected comes from two Google services we embed — Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Analytics for Firebase (usage statistics) — and none of it identifies you by name, e-mail or phone number.
1. Data stored on your device
Your progress is saved locally, on the device itself, and never uploaded anywhere:
- levels completed, stars earned, and your current streak
- daily-challenge results and the date of the last one played
- coin balance
- chosen language and theme
- ad pacing counters (so the same ad is not shown twice in a row)
This data is readable only by the game. Uninstalling the game deletes all of it. We cannot recover it, restore it or transfer it to another device — there is no copy on our side.
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
The game is free and supported by ads: a banner during play, a rewarded video you choose to watch in exchange for a hint, and an occasional full-screen ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
To serve, cap and measure those ads, AdMob may collect and process:
- an advertising identifier — the IDFA on iOS, the Advertising ID on Android
- your IP address, and the approximate region derived from it
- device information (model, operating system version, language)
- ad interactions (an ad was shown, clicked, or a rewarded video was watched to the end)
We do not receive this data; it goes to Google, which acts as an independent controller for it. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
The game requests only ads rated G (general audiences) and is not configured as child-directed.
3. Usage statistics — Google Analytics for Firebase
We measure how the game is played so we know which levels are too hard and which features are used. The events sent are exactly these:
- phase_started, phase_won, phase_lost — which level, stars, wrong guesses, hints used
- challenge_started, challenge_finished — the date of the daily challenge, whether it was won, whether it was a replay
- hint_used — which level, and whether the hint was paid with coins or an ad
- coins_earned, coins_spent — amount and reason
- rewarded_started, rewarded_completed — which reward, and whether the video was watched to the end
- store_opened, purchase_completed — Android only, see section 4
Firebase also collects automatically, on its own: app version, device model, operating system, country or region, and a randomly generated app-instance identifier.
No event carries anything that identifies you. The game never sets a user id, has no account, and never asks for your name, e-mail, phone number or contacts.
4. Purchases
On Android, the game offers optional coin packs. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your card details, only whether the purchase was completed.
On iOS there are no purchases: the coin store does not exist in the iOS version.
The policy covering the Dh7 Games website and our other games is at dh7games.com/en/privacy/.
5. Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). On first launch the game shows Google's consent form. If you refuse, ads become non-personalized and analytics collection is switched off.
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS). iOS asks separately for permission to track you. If you deny it, the IDFA is not available to AdMob and ads become non-personalized. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset your advertising identifier. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Android: Settings → Google → Ads.
- Delete everything. Uninstall the game. All local data goes with it.
6. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data through the game, contact us and we will act on it.
7. Retention and international transfers
We hold no personal data ourselves, so we have nothing to retain or delete on your behalf. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's own policies and may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data (GDPR in the EEA/UK, LGPD in Brazil, and similar laws elsewhere). Because we hold no data that identifies you, requests about advertising and analytics data must be directed to Google. For anything concerning the game itself, write to us.

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this same address and the date at the top is updated. Significant changes will be announced in the game's release notes.
